This Court has seen various previous orders.

It is noticed that Respondent No. 1 had expired on 19.09.2022 and thereafter the matter was adjourned so that requisite steps are taken by the petitioners for impleading legal representative of respondent No.1. 4.

It is also recorded in order dated 26.02.2024 that the petitioners had not taken any step despite opportunities granted to them. 5.

The matter was also directed to be placed before learned Joint Registrar (J) so that any such application is considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

Even before the learned Joint Registrar (J), there was no appearance on 11.03.2024. However, when the matter was, again, taken up by the learned Joint Registrar (J) on 19.07.2024, the learned counsel for petitioner informed the Court that she had instructions from the petitioners that the petitioners were no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition and wanted to withdraw the same.

petitioner seeking impleadment of LRs of respondent No.1. 8.

Moreover, it seems that petitioner has lost interest in pursuing with the present petition and, therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending any further.
