Mr Uday Seth, learned counsel, who has joined the proceedings through video conferencing, says that he has instructions from the appellant to withdraw the above-captioned appeals.

1.1 Furthermore, Mr Seth says that he also has instructions that the amount deposited in the Court, pursuant to the order dated 07.05.2024, should be released in favour of the respondent.
