% 19.02.2025 Mr. Satish Tamta, learned senior counsel for the appellant, after some arguments, submits on instructions that he will not press the present regular second appeal. However, he requests that the appellant be allowed to remain in the suit property, i.e., M-43, Sunder Nagri, Delhi-93, until 30.05.2025. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to the appellant to positively hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the occupied portion, i.e., M-43, Sunder Nagri, Delhi-93, on or before 30.05.2025.

It is made clear that during this period, the appellant shall not make any alterations to the property or dispute the respondent's possession in any manner. The appellant shall be bound by the statement made in Court today. In view of the above, the present appeal stands disposed of.
