The present petitions have been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner to transfer (i) the Execution No. 82/2024 titled as "Kusum vs. Vikram." pending in the court of Ld. MM, Mahila Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to the Ld. MM, Mahila Court of PS Ranhola Delhi, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and (ii) the Complaint Case NO. 16305/2019 titled as "Kusum vs. Vikram & Ors." Pending in the court of Ld. MM, Mahila Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to the court of Ld. MM, Mahila Court of PS Ranhola Delhi, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks transfer of the matters, as during the execution proceeding it was pointed out that the residence of the petitioner and respondent No.2 to 5 are under the jurisdiction of PS Ranhola, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that he has no objection to the transfer of the above said petitions. 4.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the (i) the Execution No. 82/2024 titled as "Kusum vs. Vikram." pending in the court of Ld. MM, Mahila Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts and (ii) the Complaint Case No. 16305/2019 titled as "Kusum vs. Vikram & Ors." Pending in the court of Ld. MM, Mahila Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi are transferred to Tis Hazari Courts. 5.
Parties are directed to appear before the learned Principal, District and Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge shall assign the matter to the competent court of jurisdiction.
