The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged unauthorised construction in property bearing No.1801 and 1802, Cheera Khana, Maliwara, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that on inspection of the property in question, unauthorized construction has been found to be subsisting in ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor of the said property. He undertakes, on instructions, that further action to remove the unauthorized construction shall be taken in accordance with law, and shall be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously.
