This Application has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking modification of the Order dated 26.05.2026 by which this Court had appointed Mr. Saurabh Kirpal, Senior Advocate, as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. 2.

In the present Application it is stated that Mr. Saurabh Kirpal, Senior Advocate, has conveyed that he would not be in a position to enter upon the reference as both parties to the present Petition are known to him. 3.

Accordingly, the Order dated 26.05.2026 is modified to the extent that in place of Mr. Saurabh Kirpal, Senior Advocate, Mr. Jayant Mehta, Sr. Advocate (Mobile No.:9810222511) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties.
