By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges his transfer to Arunachal Pradesh.

The petitioner submits that his son is 100% cerebrally disabled and is undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital, Gurugram. 3.

The petitioner himself belongs to Low Medical Category and has been categorized as SHAPE-A2(L).

The petitioner has admittedly addressed the representation to respondents on 9 April 2025.

Mr. Tiwari, learned SPC for the respondents, undertakes, on instructions, that the representation would be decided within a period of three weeks from today and that the transfer would not be implemented till the decision on the representation is conveyed to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with directions to the respondents to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within three weeks and convey its decision to the petitioner forthwith.

Till the decision is taken, the respondent would not insist on the petitioner joining at Arunachal Pradesh.
