It is stated that the Appeal No.757/2023 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act which has been filed against the Order dated 11.05.2023 passed by District Magistrate is coming up for hearing on 10.05.2024.

The writ petition is directed against the Order dated 10.06.2023, passed by the Divisional Commissioner, which is an interim order. 3.
