The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondents/MCD be directed to de-seal of the property of the petitioner i.e., Flat No.48-B, Pocket-A, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. 2.

After some hearing, respective counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present petition shall be treated as a representation by the respondents/MCD and a speaking order shall be passed with regard thereto, within a period of three (03) weeks from today after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 4.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome of the aforesaid exercise, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy, in accordance with law.
