The suit has been listed on an office note in view of a typographical error in the order of the Court dated 19.12.2019, to the extent that in paragraph 5 of the said order Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, has been referred to instead of Section 16A of the said Act. 2.

The order dated 19.12.2019 is rectified to the extent that the refund of 50% of the court fees, ordered in terms of paragraph 5, is under Section 16A of the said Act, and not Section 16. 3.
