By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to grant parole for a period of two months. 4.

Issue notice. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Vide order dated 19.03.2025, this Court had directed the competent authority to treat the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same within a period of two weeks.
