CRL.M.C. 358/2016 1.

Instant petition under Section 482 of the Cr P C has been filed by the State whereby seeks direction to modify the order dated 29.10.2014 to the extent of cost of Rs.3,500/- to be recovered from the salary of concerned APP.

After hearing learned Prosecutor and without commenting upon the order passed by learned Trial Court, I hereby waive of the cost of Rs.3,500/- as imposed vide order dated 14.10.2014. 3.

In view of above, instant petition is allowed and disposed of. SURESH KAIT, J JANUARY 29, 2016 M
