Mr. Pathak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Land and Acquisition Collector (LAC) submits that the petitioner had, prior to institution of the present writ petition, preferred a writ petition being W.P.(C) No.9282/2009 captioned Smt. Gindori v. Union of India & Anr., which was disposed of by an order dated 01.09.2009 with the direction to the LAC to decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. petitioner's grievance that said order has not been complied with. 6.

Mr. Pathak submits that he has sought instructions, but the records are not readily available. He needs further time to ascertain the fate of the petitioner's representation and whether the order dated 01.09.2009 was complied with by the respondent.
