The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking directions to the State to initiate enquiry against respondent no.2 for filing fake cases. Paragraph 5 of the writ petition enlists five cases out of which four are pending in this court and one pending before Senior Civil Judge. Out of those five cases, four have been filed by a local welfare association. Learned ASC discloses that in the writ petition filed by the said welfare association, MCD had removed encroachments, including house of the present petitioner.
