The learned counsel for the respondent prays that in view of the fact that the respondent has already undergone imprisonment of more than 5 years and 7 months, he be now extended the benefit of Probation of Offenders Act, 1958.

Without expressing any opinion on the same, the respondent is granted liberty to move appropriate application in this regard. 4.

In the mean time, as we have convicted the respondent for offences under Section 363/366/342 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, let a report be called from the Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) regarding the compensation payable to the victim.
