This petition has been filed within the following prayers:- "1.

To issue writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to initiate disciplinary action against respondent No.4 for committing an offence u/s 379 of IPC, 63 and 69 of Army Act and Section 61 of IT Act.

2.

To award exemplary cost against respondent No.4 with payment of Rs. 1,09,800/- alongwith interest @ 12% from 11.09.2019.

3.

To direct R-2 and R-3 to recover amount with Rs.Two Lakh as compensation for spending time and money and mental agony of petitioner.

4.

To pass any other order and direction deemed fit and proper facts of the case."
