The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 04.04.2025 (hereafter 'impugned order'), passed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-I, Outer District, Delhi under Section 47 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (hereafter 'DP Act') directing externment of the petitioner. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/05/2025 at 16:22:07 impugned order has been passed in complete violation of the
principles of natural justice. He submits that no hearing was granted to the petitioner before passing of the impugned order. He submits that the impugned order has also been based on erroneous considerations.

It is pointed out that the order under Section 47 of the DP Act is appealable under Section 51 of the DP Act and the appeal lies before the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. The petitioner, thus, has an alternate efficacious remedy. 6.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate appeal under Section 51 of the DP Act.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
