% 07.04.2025 CM APPL. 20376/2025 By way of the present joint application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present revision petition, in terms of settlement as set-out in para 2 of the application.
Learned counsel, as above, appearing on behalf of the parties, submit that the parties have entered into the said settlement willingly and of their own free volition; and undertake to abide by the terms thereof. The court has perused the settlement comprised in the application; and finds that there is no impediment in allowing the prayer made in the present application since the terms of the settlement appear to be lawful. In view of the above, the present application is disposed-of and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition in terms of the settlement comprised in the application.

RC.REV. 200/2020 In view of the above, the present rent control revision petition stands disposed-of as withdrawn, with the direction that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.
It is clarified that the direction for payment of use and occupation charges as issued vide order dated 17.12.2024 shall stand vacated. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. The date of 23.04.2025 stands cancelled.
