The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that investigation in cases of the petitioners be transferred from State Police to CBI/Crime Branch/CID or any other appropriate agency. 2.

The respondent has filed a status report which indicates that investigation pertaining to FIR Nos. 525/2014, 632/2017 and 312/2018 have been transferred to the Crime Branch, Delhi by an order dated 21.08.2019. 3.

The Commissioner of Police is also directed that the investigation be completed expeditiously.

In view of the above, the no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
