% 19.04.2016 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. She submits that the claimant is now over 70 years in age and may require pre-mature release of some amount from out of the portion which has been put in fixed deposit receipt. For any pre-mature release of the protected part of the corpus of compensation awarded, the appellant is at liberty to move the tribunal for necessary relief.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
