% 20.03.2017 The present order is in continuation of the order dated 31.01.2017. Counsel for the petitioner has tendered in court the pay order for Rs.1 lakh drawn in favour of respondent no.2 dated 16.03.2017. The I.O. who is present in court identifies respondent no.2. The I.O. states that he had verified the account number stated in the pay order and the same is that of respondent no.2. The pay order has been tendered to respondent no.2 and she accepts the same. She joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. Accordingly, the FIR No.820 /2016 registered u/s 287/304A at PS Dabri and the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. VIPIN SANGHI, J MARCH 20, 2017 sr
