% 05.03.2020 The notification in respect of the Chairman of the IPAB has now been issued and the matter can be heard before the IPAB. It is accordingly directed that the Registry shall transmit the hard copy of this file to the IPAB so that the IPAB can take this matter on priority and hear it on an early date. The IPAB may treat the pleadings filed in this petition, as pleadings filed before it so that further delays are not caused in filing of new pleadings.

Mr. Peeyoosh Kalra, ld. counsel, submits that the term of the patent would be expiring next year and hence he seeks an urgent hearing in this matter. Accordingly, let this matter be listed before the IPAB on 26th March, 2020.

With these observations, the petition and all pending applications are disposed of.
