% 23.05.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.101/2013, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station-Inder Puri and all proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent No.2Smt. Swarn Lata Fotra had filed a civil suit being CS(OS) 2/2011 qua against the present petitioner No.1. He further submits that during the proceeding on the basis of allegations and counter-allegations, an FIR has been registered against the present petitioners. He also submits that after the registration of FIR, a settlement has been reached between the parties and all the misunderstanding has been sorted out, which has been reduced into writing and the said suit was disposed of as compromised by this Court by way of IA No.9893/2014 on 22.05.2014. He further submits that nothing

remains to be adjudicated further between the parties. He also submits that since all disputes have been settled between the parties, the FIR in question and all proceedings arising therefrom may be quashed. The respondent No.2/complainant is present in Court today with her husband and has been identified by the Investigating Officer Inspector Rajeev Yadav. The respondent No.2 admits that the settlement has been reached between the parties and as per the said settlement the civil suit being CS(OS) 2/2011 has been disposed of by way of IA No.9893/2014. She further submits that the settlement/compromise has taken place voluntarily, without any force, pressure or coercion. She also submits that nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them and she has no objection if the FIR in question is quashed.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them, I deem it appropriate to quash the FIR and all its subsequent proceedings. Consequently, the FIR No. 101/2013, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at Police StationInder Puri and all proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
