CM(M) 159/2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by a part of the order dated 14.09.2015 wherein user charges had been fixed qua the tenant at the rate of Rs.9,000/- per month (hence forth); submission being that the user charges should have been from the date of the institution of the suit.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to move Trial Court and to make appropriate submissions which have been urged before this Court.
