On the oral prayer of learned counsel for respondent, the widow of deceased respondent no.9 be substituted in place of respondent no.9. The amended memo of parties along with vakalatnama signed by the widow of respondent no.9 are taken on record.

The parties have amicably settled their dispute through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 18th August, 2017.

This writ petition and pending applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement.

All the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have not received the copy of the settlement agreement from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre shall provide copy of the settlement agreement to learned counsel for both the parties.

This Court appreciates the efforts made by Mr. Rajiv Aggarwal, learned mediator in this matter to resolve a very old and complicated matter. 7.
Copy of this order be sent to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre as well as learned mediator Mr.Rajiv Aggarwal. 8.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
