This application is pressed for the amended prayer and the relief that the appellant will deposit in this Court a sum of Rs.6,25,000/- along with interest at 18% per annum simple from 1.2.2019 till the date of deposit in this Court within a period of one week from today. On such deposit being made, the appellant will be taken to have complied with the order passed by this Court on 6.12.2018.

On the appellant depositing the amount in this Court in terms of the present order, and on the amount being credited in the account of the Registrar General, thereafter the keys lying in this Court as stated in the order dated 6.12.2018, will be released to the appellant. CM stands disposed of.
