This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"a. Issue writ of mandamus or an appropriate Writ/ order/ directions to the Respondents (Respondent No.1 to 4) to take steps as may be necessary for the ensuring security of life and property of Petitioner and his family due to threat of killing and illegally possession on properties of the petitioner if W.P.(CRL) 1356/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. demand for ransom and protection money of Rupees One Crore is not fulfilled by the Petitioner;

b. issue such other Writ/order/direction and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

Learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. 6.

Learned ASC, on instructions, states that after the complaint was received from the Petitioner, necessary action has been initiated and threat perception analysis has been carried out by the Special Cell, Delhi Police. It is stated that the decision will be taken within a period of two weeks from today and appropriate action as required will be taken. 7.

It is additionally submitted that notice has been served to the accused through WhatsApp and mobile number of Beat Constable of the concerned area has also been provided to the Petitioner, who is at liberty to call if any assistance is required. Needless to state that if any such phone call is received, immediate and necessary action will be taken by the Beat Constable.
