% 15.07.2024 Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 0124/2024, under Sections 308/34 IPC, registered at PS: Karawal Nagar and proceedings emanating therefrom.
Learned ASC for State informs that the case is at the initial stage of investigation, and petitioners have failed to join the investigation.
