The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent for simultaneous release of the petitioner with coconvict(s) on first (1st) spell of furlough for a period of three
(3) weeks granted vide order dated 8.3.2024 bearing no. F.10 (3745272)/CI/Legal/PHQ/2024//6588; in FIR No. 862/2016, U/S 302/201/120 B/34 IPC, P.S. Shahbad Dairy.; b) Pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper."
