Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit, upon instructions from the parties who are present in Court that the parties have arrived at a settlement. As per the settlement which has been arrived at orally and through Whatsapp messages, the petitioner-father shall have access to the child twice in a year, one in Dubai and the other in Bangalore. 2.
As regards the Dubai visit, the petitioner-father shall have multiple day time visitations for a few days once in a year, when the petitioner-father visits Dubai. It is further agreed that as and when the petitioner-father visits Dubai for visitation with the child, the paternal grandmother of the child and sister of the petitioner-father can also accompany the petitioner-father for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
such visit. The parties jointly further submit that during the visitation of the petitioner-father in Dubai, he or his family members shall not have overnight visitation with the child.

As regards the Bangalore visit, the minor child shall visit Bangalore once in a year for a period of five days accompanied either by his mother or maternal grandparents or both. The parties further submit that during the visit to Bangalore, the petitioner-father shall have overnight visitation right, subject to the child feeling comfortable in this regard. In case, the child is not comfortable with overnight visitation during his visit to Bangalore, the petitioner-father and his family members shall have unhindered visitation with the child during the day time up to evening time, every day till the stay of the child in Bangalore.

The parties who are present in Court undertake that they shall abide by the terms of the aforesaid settlement. The aforesaid undertaking of parties is recorded by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same. 5.
This Court notes that the respondent-mother has already left for Dubai and the respondent-mother is represented by her father, i.e., the maternal grandfather of the child, who holds power of attorney on behalf of respondent-mother.

Since the parties have not documented their settlement, accordingly, it is directed that the present order shall be signed by learned counsels for both the parties, as well as the petitioner-father and the maternal grandfather of the child.

The parties submit that all the other terms and conditions of the settlement arrived between the parties earlier, shall remain the same. The said statement is also taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
