The petitioner confines the prayers made in the present petition to a direction to be given to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. It is stated that the trial has been pending adjudication since May, 2022.

The respondent no.2, who appears in person, submits that she would like to engage a new counsel to represent her. 3.

Be that as it may, looking into the nature of the prayer made, the petition is disposed of requesting the learned Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of the trial and make an endeavour to conclude the same, preferably within a period of six months of the first listing of the trial before it post this order.
