O R D E R

% 22.12.2025 I.A. 32425/2025 (u/O XXIII Rule 3 of CPC, 1908) 1.

The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC'), for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The application bears the signatures of the authorized representatives of the plaintiff and the defendants no.1 and 4 as well as their respective counsel and is duly supported by the affidavits of the parties. 3.

The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ("Mediation Centre").

The Settlement Agreement dated 17th December, 2025 is on record. Photocopies of the two demand drafts dated 12th December, 2025 towards settlement amounts have been placed on record along with the Settlement Agreement.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the same.

The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 10.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

The date already fixed in the matter stands cancelled. I.A. 32397/2025 (for return of court fee) 12.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at the Mediation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 13.

The application stands disposed of.
