The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking directions to the respondent no. 4 (SHO P.S. Sadar) not to harass and torture the petitioners in any false complaint filed by respondent no.7 (father of petitioner no.1). The petitioners state that they are married and had filed the present petition apprehending that petitioner no.1's father would file false complaints against them.

In view of the averments made in the present petition, the SHO, P.S. Inderpuri was directed to ensure that the petitioners are protected and in case of any specific complaint and to take action, if so warranted, in accordance with law.

The learned APP states, on instructions, that the petitioners are no

longer residing at the said address and have probably returned to Odisha. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
