The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that he has instructions to withdraw the suit provided the defendants tender an apology and give up all the claims, whatsoever, against the plaintiff. He further submits that the plaintiff will also not make any claim against the defendants in future.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants alongwith the defendants no. 2 & 3 who are present in Court, on instructions, states that her clients tender an apology to the plaintiff. She further submits that defendants give up all their claims which according to them are due from the plaintiff as on date. The statement is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the plaintiff withdraws the present suit.
