% 21.09.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent/Medical Council of India (MCI) to remove the petitioner's name from the list of 'blacklist doctors'.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the name of the petitioner has been deleted from the said list. In view of the above statement, the petition stands satisfied and is disposed of as such.

I may only note that the learned counsel for the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 15.11.2019 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.11996/2019, the DMC has passed an order dated 31.01.2020 against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the said order has not been received by the petitioner.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the DMC submits that the copy of the order has been sent to the petitioner. Be that as it may, the learned counsel for the DMC shall supply a copy of the order dated 31.01.2020 to the learned counsel for the petitioner within four days from today by way of an e-mail. It shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same, if aggrieved thereby, in accordance with law.
