I have perused the order dated 03.05.2016. It has been mentioned in the order that subject matter of the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of South District.

The plaintiff has filed suit for recovery. The address of the defendants as mentioned the memo of parties is of MG Road, Gurgaon, Haryana as well as Jauna Pur Village, Mehrauli, New Delhi. Since one of the addresses of the defendants is of South District, the suit was rightly transferred to the South District, Saket Courts, Delhi. Hence, the file of the present suit be sent back to the South District, Saket Courts for further adjudication.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South), Saket Courts, Delhi on 26th July, 2016 for further directions.
