petitioner, Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation of Delhi, and Mr. Tarun Johri, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, the Court does not find any apparent error on the face of the record. It is, however, reemphasized that the parties shall be governed by the findings rendered in paragraph no. 76 of the judgment, that the rights and liabilities will depend upon the outcome of the W.P.(C) 831/2019, i.e., the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Depending upon DMRC's liability the petitioner's ultimate fate will be governed.
