The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a) Writ, order of direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No. 1 & 2 to immediately initiate & sent prosecution to the concerned Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate against the Respondent No. 3,4, & 5 for contravention of Section 8, Section 23 and section 24. b) Writ order/ direction for Forensic Audit of account of last 3 years against criminal misappropriation of public fund. c) Writ/order for suspension of respondent no3, 4 & 5. d) Writ Order/ Direction to restrained the respondent from the use of Delhi Golf Club Fund for their illegal conduct and legal expenses." 2.
