This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 for placing the settlement on record and disposing of the suit in terms of the settlement. 2.

The parties have arrived at a settlement on 14.12.2023, wherein the plaintiff and the defendant have settled their disputes. The settlement is legal and is duly signed by all the parties.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff as well as Mr. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for defendant No. 1 and Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for defendant Nos. 2 to 4 state that parties have arrived at the settlement out of their own free will, without any pressure, coercion or undue influence.

In view of the settlement, the learned counsel for the plaintiff does not press the contempt petition under Order XXXIX Rule 2A bearing No. I.A. 5440/2021 and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. For the said reasons, the settlement is taken on record. 6.

The suit and all the pending applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement.
