% 24.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to expeditiously decide the appeals dated 15.03.2017 and 19.03.2019 by a speaking order submitted by the petitioner under Rule 3B of Aircraft rules, 1937 in a time bound manner after granting personal hearing to the petitioner.

Issue notice.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice and, on instructions from the officer concerned who is present in court, submits that aforementioned appeals filed by the petitioner shall be decided within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Keeping in view of the reasons stated in the said petition and submission of counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present

petition directing the respondent to dispose of the appeals dated 15.03.2017 and 19.03.2019 by a speaking order within four weeks from the receipt of this order, by giving personal hearing to the petitioner. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
