The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the petitioner be released on bail in connection with FIR No.2306/2014, registered under Sections 302, 364, 471, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 IPC at PS Mangol Puri. The petitioner states that he has been in custody since 16.03.2015 and the trial has not completed as yet. 2.

In view of the above, this Court had passed an order dated 02.08.2019, directing the Trial Court to submit a report explaining the delay in completion of the trial.

In compliance with the same, a report has been received, which indicates that the case was preponed and directions have been issued to the prosecution to examine witnesses expeditiously. This Court is also informed that the trial would be concluded on or before

15.12.2019.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after 15.12.2019. 4.
