By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking extension of time for the conclusion of trial.

Notably, the petition was disposed of on 15.01.2024, whereby the trial court was requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the next date of listing, which was statedly on 26.02.2024.
