The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"A. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of the Certiorari The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 14/08/2025 at 12:25:26

thereby calling forth the records of the Respondents, especially, the records of the Respondent No.4 pertaining to the impugned decision to phase out work allocation to ESM Cos. of the said Respondents;

B. After perusal of the records so called forth to itself, issue writ order or direction in the nature of the Certiorari thereby quashing the decision of the Respondents, especially, the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 as contained in the impugned communication dated 26th June 2020 (Annexure - P/l) and impugned communication dated 30th June 2020 (Annexure - P/2) for the discontinuation of the Scheme; C. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing! commanding the Respondents to grant renewal to the engagement of the Petitioner No. 1 for the work of 'Loading and Transportation of Coal' as awarded vide work order dated 18th August 2016 (Annexure - P/23);

D. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing! commanding the Respondents, especially, the Respondent No.4 to allocate to the Petitioner No.1 at least three lakh tons per month of coal for Loading and Transportation'; E. Award the cost of the proceedings in favour of the Petitioners; F. Pass such other or further order(s) those this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and in the interest of justice in favour of the Petitioner and against 'the Respondents."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
