On the last date of hearing, this Court had directed that the respondent -Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to inform this Court about further actions to be taken by the MCD.

The present petition pertains to the prayer for directions to the MCD for sealing of illegal industrial units of dyeing and washing of garments, and water cooling plant, in the area of Meethapur, New Delhi. 4.

This Court notes that Status Report has been filed on behalf of MCD, in which, it is stated that various actions have been taken on behalf of the MCD for the purposes of sealing and taking action against the dyeing units, in the area in question.

Today, learned counsel appearing for MCD submits that further actions are planned by the MCD.
