Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, therefore, withdraws the present application with liberty to approach the Trial Court for seeking regular bail once the material witnesses are examined. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought for in accordance with law making it clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case or expressed any opinion.
