The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the learned Trial Court to expedite the conclusion of the trial, inasmuch as the statement of 22 out of the 28 witnesses already stands recorded before the learned Trial Court.

Keeping in view the above, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the conclusion of the trial and make efforts to adjudicate the same within a period of four months of the first listing of the matter before it, post this order.

In case the trial is delayed any further for any reason, it shall be open to the applicant to file an application seeking similar relief as sought in the present application.
