The present application is filed seeking modification of order dated 01.05.2024 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 2170/2023.

The applicant on 01.05.2024 had sought liberty to withdraw the bail application and file afresh after the material witnesses are examined. The learned counsel for the applicant had submitted that he was hopeful that the material witnesses would be examined within a period of 6 months. withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file afresh after 6 months.

By the present application, the applicant again seeks liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court. The application is frivolous.

The applicant is at liberty to file an application afresh in terms of the liberty given by this Court by order dated 01.05.2024.
