The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

This petition is filed for quashing of the FIR No.381/2018 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Jamia Nagar, Delhi. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2, who has since settled the dispute with petitioners per MoU dated 08.09.2020, annexed with petition. It is submitted due to intervention of common friends and well-wishers of both the parties, the matter have settled amicably. 3.

The complainant/respondent No.2 is present alongwith his counsel and has been duly identified by the learned counsel and he states the matter has been settled with the petitioners. In his affidavit, the respondent No.2 affirmed and stated that he has no ill will against the petitioners herein and has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners. The learned ASC for the State has also no objection, if this petition is allowed. 4.

Considering the above settlement between the parties, there is no reason as to why the proceedings of this FIR should continue against the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, FIR SHARMA

No.381/2018 under Sections 308/34 Indian Penal Code registered at police station Jamia Nagar, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom stands quashed. The pending application also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
