% 18.01.2017 The decretal amount is less than two crores rupees. As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court. From the perusal of the plaint, it revealed that the decree holder having the company situated at Vasant Vihar which is falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi as recovery of the liquidity due as the decreetal amount against the judgement debtor. The attachment of the decreetal amount has already been proceeded through SBI bank situated at Zaver Road, Mulund (W) Mumbai. The warrant of attachment to the extent of Rs 35 Lacs bearing a/c no. 33412576095 as directed by the Hon'ble Court.

In view of these circumstances, the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (New Delhi District) Patiala House Court. Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court on 09.03.2017.
