Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Bijumone George, Billing Assistant and Mr. Vinod Kumar, Supervisor, submits that the petitioner has agreed to give a further credit of Rs.15,000/- to the respondent which shall be adjusted and reflected in the future bills. The same is acceptable to counsel for the respondent. This petition and the application are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.
